FOND DU LAC, Wis. / LAVRIO, Greece – (January 26, 2026) – Mercury Marine, a division of Brunswick Corporation (NYSE: BC) and a global leader in marine propulsion, today announced the signing of a five-year exclusivity agreement with Greek performance boat builder Technohull, under which Mercury Marine will be the exclusive supplier of outboard engines across Technohull’s entire model range.
The agreement strengthens the long-standing collaboration between the two brands and reflects a shared commitment to high-performance engineering, innovation and premium quality in the global performance-boat segment.
Founded in Greece in 2005, Technohull has established itself as a leading builder of high- performance luxury boats and advanced RIBs, renowned for their offshore capability, speed, and refined design. All Technohull boats are designed and built at the company’s state-of-the-art production facility in Lavrio, Greece, where in-house naval architecture, advanced composites manufacturing and meticulous finishing come together under one roof.
Technohull’s portfolio spans a wide range of performance-oriented models, from agile high-speed RIBs to larger luxury and expedition-capable boats, all engineered to deliver exceptional seakeeping and handling in demanding conditions. The brand serves a global customer base across Europe, North America, the Middle East and beyond. The agreement will also involve Zois Efstathiou as Mercury’s distributor partner, which will continue to work closely with Technohull.

Under the agreement, Technohull boats will be powered exclusively by Mercury outboard engines, including high-horsepower and performance-oriented configurations, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for exhilarating performance combined with dependable propulsion.

The five-year agreement takes effect immediately and applies to all Technohull outboard-powered models produced during the term.
